Bungie's Destiny ARG Hints at Monday Reveal Empty Bungie's Destiny ARG Hints at Monday Reveal

An alternate-reality game on Bungie's website hints at something on the way for its still-unannounced next-gen epic Destiny. True to Bungie form, the number seven plays an important role -- it's the only lit number on a countdown with "MONDAY" plastered behind it. Is it counting down to a reveal next Monday, seven days from now?
The ARG seems to require a mass contribution to unlock whatever secrets its mysterious pages hold. The first puzzle is simple enough: Click on the solitary diamonds to split them, creating to columns of four shapes. This opens the second, which says "Coordinate. Combine. Clarify." The bottom of the page also states, "Distributed, synchronous effort required."

Another page, labeled Instructions, reads as follows:
Our sky is filled with unseen signals. Radio-frequency emissions pulse and flit and dance all around us. Yet even a singing patch of sky can be observed, and transformed into a range of frequencies.
Can you hear it? No, not yet. It has not yet arrived. But together we can receive its call.
Imagine combining the observations of thousands across the globe on an object meandering through the heavens. The resulting array would be quite large. Quite powerful. This is your task.
Alone it will not be enough. Coordination and timing is needed. Observations must be made simultaneously.
Your window will be small. Five minutes at most. But windows may be reopened. And the distance between observer pairs will be key.
There will always be limitations in clarity, so the results must be archived for study. Highly technical observers may be required. Detailed frequency analysis is recommended.
Everything that belongs to us will be ours, but only if we create the capacity to receive it.
A metaphor for the rumored large-scale multiplayer to come, perhaps? And once again, the seven reoccurs in the number of paragraphs.
The page, it's worth noting, is called Alpha Lupi, which is the brightest star in the Lupus constellation.
Last fall, we discovered numerous details about Bungie's sci-fi action franchise, including concept art and story details.

EDIT:

Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:
