ok so i just check my info and under my medals it said i had "One Sticker". WTF is that?

You can get stickers for doing things, like being the top poster or donating to the website.

Yeah, everyone get's the 'one sticker'
but as you can see by mine and Screweds medal bar you can get multiple other ones for doing things.
