A new 2nd in command for the Renegades

Ok so you all know that Recording Ryan hasnt been at his post in a long while and he and commander were like 2 best buddes. But he has hardly been on i know its summer but i havent seen him in a long and commander agrees so i was wandering if i could take his place. Your probably thinking another new and young general wants 2 be in our council and bababa, but im not like that. I actually know a thing or two. So here we go can i take ryans job in the council because he hasnt been active? But dont kick him out.
