Halo 4 Info! Storm! Covenant! Why are they on Requiem?

I was browsing some youtube vids and saw something about the Storm Jackal and Storm Elite. What is "Storm"? Didn't the covenant sign a treaty with humans? Lemme put it this way. Is it realistic that EVERYONE agrees to something? No. Thats why groups of covenant broke off, and formed "The Storm". A group of rebels that thought they should get revenge on the UNSC and their comrades for joining with the humans. The Covnant are off to their own affairs and hve nothing to do with us. The elites are not our allies anymore but we still have a peace treaty.

What are the Storm doing on Requiem? Have you ever wondered why? They are looking for a weapon. Possibly a Forerunner weapon. It might have something to do with the ctivation of the halos or a portal to the greater ark. After all, without a halo in halo 4,5, and 6, it wouldnt be halo. They are looking for a weapon of mass destruction though. Possibly a Halo itself not anything to lead them to it.

Why are the prometheans attacking us? Because they don't want the covenant or Master chief to find, and activate/take the weapon. The storm were here before master chief arrived and they disturbed the prometheans and to them, EVERYONE except for the forerunners is an enemy.
