New Members
So Captain Ian 2737 wrote something down below(lol) about a meet and greet, and I think that would be a great way to get new members more active in the UXA as well as getting the generals more acquainted with each other, another thing we could do is when members first sign up, get them to write a post here on UXA360.com, just telling us their gamertags, a little bit about themselves what games they like to play etc.

Re: New Members
I have been thinking of doing a system to the point of where new members that registered have to post a application and if we approve of it, we give complete access to the member. It reduces the chances of a issue like the ones that happened with the Fleet division. I am going to bring this idea to the Council tonight
Edit: Just remembered. There are Generals registering new members to the forums so my idea would not work.

Re:New Members
Hi guys ,
Again , really akward as a new member to post on stuff like this.
Ok , back on-topic.
Actually Jester has a point , maybe the posting isn't bad , but you don't see what kinds of people you got here.
Like , A random person joined this forum and no - lived so hard till he/she got a higher rank by the posting-ranksystem.
If a person would say something about him/herself , on a forum where I spend alot of time, we try to make new members trough Ads on websites(small sites). It's a Minecraft (Pc version) forum we have the requirements going for guests(upcomming members) to have a house , 10 iron , 1 good argument why he/she should become member and 5 posts on the forums.
Maybe make some requirements for Xbox, (Have x-number achievement points.)
This one is very stupid , but it's just an example.
I hope u don't think , This Newbie , why does he post such stupid things .

Re: New Members
Of course not Demo. I dont have any issue with you posting anywhere as long as it is related to the topic
Re: New Members
Thats actually a really good idea demo. There need to be restrictions but not restrictions related to skill. This is not a clan so we dont need amazing MLG players.

Re: New Members
Shod: We welcome any and every players. We even welcome MLG players if they wish to join us. There is no restriction on who can join and who can not join as long as they understand the CoC.
Re: New Members
I know but there should be a small restriction or test verifying that a user really did sign up ans that they are not in another clan.

Re: New Members
I think these are all good ideas, I'm especially happy that some of our newer members are posting and interacting with us.
I'm currently sitting at my grandparents house and they live in a retirement village(don't worry, this is going somewhere.) their village is fairly new so it's constantly growing and they have a clubhouse and once a month everyone goes down to the club house and it's like a meet and greet for all the new people who have moved into the village they drink and eat and take pictures and about a week after that, there's a news letter welcoming section in there with pictures of all the new people in there with a little section under the photo's about each person so that they all get to know each other, I was thinking we could do something similar.
I would be willing to write a few but next year I'm going to be studying and working two jobs so it might be a little harder for me.
If people are uncomfortable posting publicly about themselves I wouldn't mind if people sent my private messages to my Facebook or something yknow? Anyway, I'm rambling now.
