Avalon

Hello UXA360 ,

I'm Demolicious ,
I want to start a Division named : Avalon.
I'm currently recruiting alot of people and will recruit lots more.
Avalon is a clan for everyone , we play alot of games .
(Red dead redemption , MW2 , BF3 , Skate3 , Forza3 , Halo Reach , Skyrim , Saints row 2 , Black ops )
I would be very happy if Avalon started .
Maybe I haven't got the right acquirements yet , but I'm still trying.
I already got 5 Friends who will join Avalon.

Division Requirements
4. Division Creation or a Group Wishing to Join the Alliance,Both of These will fall under the same requirements.

1.Submit a Formal Request to the Council then a Temporary Group will be added

2. Recruit or have your current clan register referring you, min. of 20 (Captian Rank) must be registered for anything to go further theses cannot be current UXA members it , they must be new members


(4.a) New Generals are Required to Post minimum Once a week to the site Keeping Up-to-date on their progress, also divisions are expected to grow in size recruiting is key once a New General's (recruits referred) hits 50 members they will only be required to post monthly as they have achieved the rank that was pre-awarded


(4.b) If new generals fail to do these tasks (4.a) their division can be brought up for review, and said General for disciplinary action such as but not limited to Demotion back to Captain, Division absorption, Division Split or Expulsion from the UXA (Also Applies to Newly Appointed Generals of Older Divisions)


(4.c) To Be on the UXAC (General Grade 2) one must be nominated by a council member, said nominee be very active online must show leadership, posts frequently and is committed to the expansion of the UXA

I know its alot of work starting a new division. But it is neccessary as per the CoC to avoid having members create a division and not do anything. Recruiting is the number one reqiurement for brand new and existing divisions to show they are active.

Damn. Someone needs to explain this to me in a casual fashion lol. I was thinking about starting a division with Fallout 3, Minecraft, All Halos,Red dead, GTA V, All Saints Rows, and MW2, MW3. Thinking of the name Killionaire or Dead Shot. Maybe even Nuclear Warhead.

Good Division Idea though. You've go a mix of a lot of big genre there. Spots, shooter, RPG! Nice Idea!

If you wish to create a division, be sure to create a topic in the Submit A Request. Doing so will be looked over and considered.

I need to know the requiremwnts in a way I can understand. It was just a bit too formal. Is there a certain rank i need to be? I would just like a simplified version of the requirements lol
