Ranking

Can we change our ranking system i mean not all who have register are going to post a thing but maybe if you will allow to lower the system

the posting is an alternate way to rank up if the member isn't that good at recruiting people. but the goal is more recruits, so if you want to post to the top ya its going to take a long time and that's the point try recruiting one member jumps you your first rank

Maybe it's a little bit akward that I post here.(I'm very new to this forum)
I've been on alot of forums , on the most forums you rank up if you stand above the crowd , you do something special for the Community , being very helpfull , I don't think this rankingsystem is bad because it's a bigger community than the other forums.
Maybe start a council for ranking people who constantly keep looking for good people though it's a hard job , it wil pay off.
This is just an idea , just giving my thoughts about it.

We already have a council as you can see the names/avatar in the Council forums. And Im sure we keep our eyes out for members who do great things. But we highly encourage recruiting.

And I totally understand this forum is encouraging recruiting, Recruiting is the best you can do (something to make money?).
