Quickscoping in Black ops

There are many things to do in Call, of Duty Black ops like Zombies ,private matches, or just combat training. But one thing that you can't quickscope. The reason that you can't do this is because you must go fully into the scope like it's a magnet but you can't do this. The games meant to quickscope in are the Modern Warfare Series games.
