Modern Warfare 3's Overwatch Map Now Available

UPDATE: Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling has revealed via his twitter account
that 400 new ranks and five prestige levels will be added to the PS3
version of the game via the new patch dropping on February 28.

Sledgehammer Games today launched the latest content drop for Call of
Duty Elite Premium subscribers. The drop is composed of one new map,
Overwatch, a combat zone set atop a New York City skyscraper.




Overwatch is a two level, nearly symmetrical stage with a central bridge
as well as several side routes, all open to attack. The stage is
lacking in safety barriers, meaning that one wrong step could mean
instant death. Overwatch is the third content drop for Elite Premium
members, which will see more than 20 new pieces of content launching

Sledgehammer Games also revealed via its Twitter feed that there are five new prestige levels available to all MW3 players, not just Elite members.
