well i talked about how i do in a previous post but i cant seem to find it so,
I use the Roxio GameCap, got it at staples for $60 pass threw component wire, usb to the laptop then use the XSplit software to stream it to twitch or you could just record video

i record it with a hauppauge hd pvr 2
and for to live stream i use xsplit
and if u want i'll record some vids for u
