I noticed about 3 open seats in the council. What does the council do? What must one do to get in. Are there cookies? :P

You pretty much have to be voted in, by an existing Council member, and then there will be a majority wins vote. Simple really.

(4.c) To Be on the UXAC (General Grade 2)
one must be nominated by a council member, said nominee be very active
online must show leadership, posts frequently and is committed to the
expansion of the UXA
