GTA IV Graphics Differences

GTA IV Graphics Differences

Most of you have had the thought of what is better: PC or Xbox 360.
Well I've thought about this discussion and decided to share my ideas with you of what I believe.
Xbox 360 enables more games to be played while PC offers Utorrents or pirated downloads to play. But the main thing ive seen in this discussion is the "Graphics". I have always believed that Xbox 360 Graphics are much better than PC. Until I came across GTA IV.
Now with GTA IV, Xbox brought a great form of Gameplay and ease of controlling your character. But even though PC, again I say, uses mods, I have found that the PC experience is far better in terms of the Police graphics.
In the PC version, you are able to respond to police dispatches and call for all assistance, where as in the Xbox 360 version, you can only call for about 1 or 2 police units to arrive next to your car.
It isn't really the mods that appealed to me in this decision, it was more of the experience in gameplay. But with that, I hoped that it could come to Xbox 360 as well and not have PC ruin our benefits with Xbox Gameplay. I'm not one that uses mods.
This link shows a clear example of the graphics that PC provided GTA IV. Could it be possible that those graphics be transfered to the Xbox 360 version? Perhaps in GTA V? Who knows?
